thank you so much for your continued support . . . i am forever behind on this site, but it's okay . . . i would rather be here and be woefully behind in replying than to not be here at all . . . i really do enjoy visiting with my deviant friends, both old and new, and i also enjoy viewing your wonderful deviations

a few people have given suggestions as to how to keep up here, such as not saying "thank you" for faves or not saying "you're welcome", but i have a difficult time with either . . . i am grateful for every view, comment, reply, and fave . . . one of the nicest aspects of posting here is being able to share my photos with others without having to ask them to look . . . in real life i have to admit i do too much asking - you know, like 'hey, would you like to see my most recent shot?' or 'tell me what you think of this photo' . . . i've been cutting back on that sort of thing, but still have a way to go . . .

i am probably watching too many people, but that's okay too . . . it just takes a bit longer to get around to everybody . . . quite a while back, i mentioned to someone i USED to watch that i usually watch anyone that watches me . . . her reply - 'it does sound like a nice thing to do but if i did that then i'd get a load of crappy anime drawings and stuff like that in my message center which would frustrate the hell out of me' . . . well, sometimes i do get devs in my message center that really aren't my cup of tea . . . i can still appreciate the time and effort someone put into creating these and leave a comment or two and perhaps ask a question here and there . . . and i have also discovered that i really like a very wide variety of photos and other art

there are occasions when i post a photo that i really, really like . . . you know what i mean - the one where you're thinking to yourself 'wow! i really like this and i can't wait to share it with someone!' . . . if you have posted some of these lately, and i haven't gotten around to viewing it yet, let me know via comment, note, mental telepathy, or whatever . . . otherwise i will be seeing it eventually . . . even though i'm not on here as often, or for as long, as i would like to be, i realize there's no real rush as i'm probably not going anywhere else

i really do enjoy this site . . . your work and your comments inspire me to be a better photographer . . . i still think i have some of the best artwork/photos on the web - they're the ones you created and submitted , and you can find them in my favs . . . check them out, you'll see what i mean

side note: there is an email in my gmail inbox with the subject "Your Destiny Awaits" . . . i'll probably never open it . . . i think i prefer not to know my destiny . . . i kind of fumble my way through life making some right (and quite a few wrong) decisions, but it's more interesting that way . . . plus, not knowing is a lot less stressful - i would hate to disappoint my destiny
