this is an update to the unusually large family pictured here [link] . . . . i had thought the number of goslings had been reduced from 16 down to 13, but in this photo, there are still 14
most nests have seven eggs, or less, so i believe either one or two sets of parents were killed by predators, or they simply abandoned their eggs/young . . . the two adults taking care of this large group seem very comfortable with their expanded family, which shows there is always enough  to go around  a big "thank you" for adding my photos to your favorites or collections . . . i will reply to comments, but i am no longer able to acknowledge every  . . . thanks so much for your support and understanding  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
